Wonderful recipes for Valentine's Day or any time you want something special. This book makes an ideal gift."), this is indeed a collection of *five* recipes for a 'Christmas lunch'. The formatting is not great but, since it's only five recipes, there's not too much scrolling around to find anything in particular. The recipes themselves are a bit odd; for instance, the Creamy Fennel & Leek Soup includes chicken broth AND a can of chicken gravy....The booklet is currently free for Kindle, so I'm content and I may or may not actually use any of the recipes, but if you're paying money for this little menu, don't spend too much.
